Heart of Illinois Via de Cristo takes great pride in its weekend registration form.  It is complete, concise, helpful, and above all, necessary to get that special person you know registered for a Via de Cristo weekend.

If you have not sponsored someone before, it's also recommended you first download and print the Sponsor Guidelines document.  This will detail those duties and obligations you, as a sponsor, are responsible for.

If you have any questions on the registration or sponsor guidelines, you are encouraged to contact the Pre-Weekend Chairperson(s) on the Heart of Illinois Via de Cristo secretariat for clarification.
